At Hommey, we want you to love every piece of your home; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unwashed condition with packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are protected for transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
